Abstract:

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of cultural difference in human resources and its impact on the quality of performance provided Depending on the problem of the study that wanted to explain the extent of organizations' awareness of the importance of cultural difference for workers and its reflection on achieving the quality ofthe servicesprovided,Where the study followed the descriptive analytical approach The study population consisted of workersin the General Company forIraqi Textile and LeatherIndustries (Baghdad). The study sample amounted to (60) samples. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was the existence of a correlationbetweenthe culturaldifference oftheworkers and its quality of performance in general, In addition to the existence of a significantinfluence relationship between the two variables, Based on the conclusions reached by the study, recommendations were made, the most important of which is granting a certain freedom and independence to human resources to accomplish the tasks assigned to them without referring to the higher management by adopting the principle of decentralization in work and delegating authority.
