    abstract = {Background:Cancer one of the most serious health problems today, and breast cancer most common cancer occur in woman’s use chemotherapy has disadvantage such as resistance and non-selectivity toward cancer cells,2-mercaptobenoxazole and its derivatives important heterocyclic compound in pharmaceutical chemistry as anticancer. The aim is synthesized various derivatives of 2-MBO and their structures confirmed through IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, DSC, and elemental analysis. The synthesized compounds were docking with progesterone receptors showing good binding energy affinity. All synthesized compounds were consistent with DSC, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, FT-IR, and elemental analysis, and docking against progesterone receptor. Our findings indicate the potency of ZS5as candidate for the development of anti-breast cancer.}
